The platform

Model → Design → Deploy → Operate.

One journey from an unmodelled organization to a governed, measured digital workforce — grounded in your real business, in four pillars.

01 · Model

Know the org before you automate it.

Most AI transformation starts with a tool looking for a problem. Orgith starts with your business — mission, model, market, capabilities, pressure, headcount — and grounds every agent it designs in the real organization.

For the CIO & enterprise architects

Application, integration, data-architecture and legal landscapes — and deployment straight into your existing n8n.

  • Purpose & identity — mission, vision, core values, OGSM, BHAG and reason-for-existence, each on its own page, generated by AI and editable.
  • Identity Canvas and Strategy Canvas — six identity pages and the whole strategy house condensed onto one printable canvas each, with diagram views.
  • External and Internal Pressure — the forces pushing the organisation to change, inside and out, each rated for how hard it presses and by when.
  • OKRs cascaded to every department — annual company Objectives with measurable Key Results, sequenced by quarter.
  • Business Model & Value Proposition Canvas, customer and market segments, ecosystem, competition and trends — rendered as interactive diagrams.
  • Departments, roles and value streams — living diagrams you edit, not slides you redraw. Headcount and average annual cost per employee are typed figures, not prose.
  • Organisation shape and sector — divisions, matrix or parent group; private, public, semi-public or non-profit — both steer the language of every AI generation.
  • Application, integration, data-architecture and legal landscapes, annual-report ingestion (OCR), a RAG chat over the full context, and Generate all pages in one server-side run.
02 · Design

From readiness to headcount to payback.

Scoring a role is step one. Orgith then designs the agentic target operating model — the governance, the roadmap, the agentic versions of your roles and departments, and the numbers a board actually asks for: how many people, how much capacity, how many months to payback.

For the CEO & board

One agentic-maturity number, trending up every quarter — and a board overview generated for you.

  • AI-readiness assessment with a maturity model — base and target scored per readiness domain, in bar, radar and grid views.
  • Agentic governance — where the four leadership rails are generated — plus the TOM roadmap, KPIs and a leadership-ready board overview.
  • Future Agentic Organigram — the organisation as it is staffed today and as it would be staffed at its agentic target, with capacity and cost released.
  • Business Case — forward annual value, payback in months and a four-quadrant priority matrix, computed from your role data rather than argued.
  • Process Impact — every process the organisation runs, banded agent-run, agent-assisted or human-led from the score of the department that owns it.
  • Agentic and augmented roles — the human-plus-agent redesign of every role, with a Human tab that describes the person rather than the work.
  • Agentic departments and teams, with diagrams; a Software Factory for a full agentic dev team; batch assessment to score many roles at once.

03 · Deploy

One click from design to deployed.

Every other transformation deck ends with 'now go build it.' Orgith ends with a running agent in your automation stack — it generates the agent's skills, enforces its human-in-the-loop gate, and pushes a fully-built workflow straight into n8n.

For the CIO & enterprise architects

Application, integration, data-architecture and legal landscapes — and deployment straight into your existing n8n.

  • Agent skills generation — agent specs and a skills map.
  • One-click deploy to n8n — an LLM + skill-routing + tool-node workflow via the REST API.
  • Human-in-the-loop enforced at runtime — the posture declared on a role is written into the deployed workflow as a binding policy, noted on the n8n canvas, and tagged on the fleet. Not left in the report.
  • Three deployment paths — single agent, agentic team, and one-button workforce; in a team each specialist carries its own posture and the manager applies the strictest.
  • Skills store — agents and skills persisted, linked and versioned. JSON validation runs structural checks before anything deploys.

04 · Operate

Deploy is not the finish line.

The Agent Operations Center shows every agent running, every execution, every failure — one control room for your digital workforce — while realized-value tracking and a maturity trend prove the business impact.

For the CFO

Realized-value tracking per deployed agent, month over month. Show the board exactly what the agents saved.

  • Live fleet view of every deployed agent, with 60-second stats polling.
  • Execution history and detail — runs, durations, status — plus start/stop controls and one-click redeploy of an earlier version.
  • Realized-value ROI tracking per agent, month over month — captured from successful runs, not projected.
  • Agentic-maturity snapshots and a trend chart — one number for the board, with a delta table behind it.

Across the platform

The parts that hold it together.

Governance, access, portability and language are not features of one pillar. They apply to every page, every generation and every deployed agent.

Six interface languages

English, Dutch, German, French, Spanish and Italian — across the whole application and the content it generates. Switching the language switches the text, including the positioning papers.

Per-user, per-menu access

Grant a user an organisation, then shape menu item by menu item what they may see and change. The server enforces the same map down to row-level edits — not just a hidden button.

EU AI Act content labelling

Every report containing AI-generated content carries an explicit marker with a hover explanation — on screen and in the export.

Portability, both ways

Export a company as one bundle and import it into another deployment as a new company — or move an entire tenant, prompt sets and translations included, as a single ZIP.

Deep links and background jobs

The address bar follows the page you are on, so any view can be bookmarked or shared and the back button works. Long AI generations run as durable server-side jobs — closing the tab no longer cancels them.

Orgith Assistant and Growth

A help chatbot that answers questions about the application itself from the product documentation, plus a separate consulting knowledge base with its own uploads, documents and chat.
